The Global Tech Awards recognizes excellence in various fields of technology, including Property Technology (PropTech). The following are the criteria for Property Technology (PropTech) Awards Category:

• Impact: The technology should have a measurable impact on the property industry, either in terms of efficiency, cost savings, or sustainability.
• User experience: The technology should be user-friendly and easy to navigate for its target audience.
• Scalability: The technology should demonstrate that it has the potential to scale and be used by a broad audience.
• Market traction: The technology should have demonstrated significant market traction and/or customer adoption.
• Integration: The technology should demonstrate how it can integrate with existing property systems or how it can provide new capabilities.
• Sustainability: The technology should have a positive impact on the environment, such as by reducing carbon emissions or promoting sustainable building practices.
• Security: The technology should demonstrate how it is secure and protects user data.
• Industry collaboration: The technology should demonstrate how it is collaborating with other players in the industry to drive innovation and create new solutions.
• Future potential: The technology should demonstrate its potential to create long-term impact and transform the property industry in the future.

The judges will also consider other factors such as the nominee's overall impact on the Property Technology (PropTech), the level of creativity and originality of the solution, and the nominee's ability to overcome technical and market challenges. All decisions of the judges are final.
