The following are the terms of use for the Global Tech Awards website (the "Website"). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. 4. Judging: The Company may appoint judges to evaluate and select the winners of the awards. A category may have multiple winners or may have no winners at all. All decisions of the judges are final and binding. The Company reserves the right to alter the judging process at its sole discretion.

User Representations and Warranties: By making any User Content available through the Website, you represent and warrant that: (a) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize the Company to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by these Terms and the Website; (b) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by these Terms and the Website; and (c) the User Content, and your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User Content, does not and will not violate any right of any third party, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other proprietary rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
