What motivated your company to participate in the Global Tech Awards?

Our motivation to participate in the Global Tech Awards stemmed from our commitment to innovation and excellence in advertising technology. At Axis, we continuously push the boundaries of what programmatic platforms can achieve—whether it's improving ad efficiency, enhancing user experiences, or empowering our partners with cutting-edge tools. Being part of the Global Tech Awards was a natural step to benchmark our achievements against industry leaders and to showcase the incredible impact our platform has made globally. Winning in the AdTech category validates our team’s efforts and inspires us to aim even higher.

Could you share an overview of the project or innovation your company submitted?

Axis is a multi-product AdTech company specializing in programmatic advertising solutions. At the core of our offerings is the Axis middleware platform, designed to simplify the connection between suppliers and advertisers. By automating the discovery of ideal advertising partners, our platform streamlines partnership development and trading, empowering clients to achieve superior campaign results. We stand out in the AdTech industry through our expansive partner network, effortless integrations, user-friendly design, and commitment to transparency and cost efficiency. By reducing manual processes and boosting key programmatic performance metrics, Axis redefines collaboration between advertisers and suppliers. In 2024, Axis as a technology company expanded its product suite by introducing an in-house SSP platform and enhancing integration capabilities for clients. This included launching Pubcircle, a Prebid Wrapper solution tailored for website owners. Pubcircle optimizes header bidding, enabling publishers to connect directly with premium demand sources and maximize their advertising revenue.

Are there any specific challenges you faced during the development process, and how did you overcome them?

One primary challenge was managing the rapid expansion of Axis’s partnership network while maintaining integration quality and integrity. Ensuring seamless connectivity and compatibility between diverse systems required substantial technical expertise and coordination. As a client-centric platform, we constantly adapt to client needs by implementing custom requests and features, such as broader integration options, filters, reporting, notification updates, etc. Internally, scaling operations to support rapid growth demanded a strategic focus on employee training and development. Balancing these internal and external challenges was crucial for delivering exceptional service. Apart from that, many of Axis's employees are Ukrainians who remain in Ukraine despite ongoing difficulties and dangers. Their resilience and determination are a source of our immense pride. Ensuring their safety and productivity amidst uncertainty and constant stress was a significant challenge we addressed. We also tackled logistical issues like internet outages and blackouts effectively.

What advice would you give to other companies striving to make an impact in the tech space?

  • Prioritize innovation with purpose: Focus on solving real challenges rather than just following trends. Listen to your users, understand their pain points, and design solutions that genuinely add value.
  • Invest in your team: A strong, motivated team is the backbone of impactful innovation. Encourage collaboration, embrace diverse perspectives, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay agile: The tech landscape evolves rapidly. Be ready to adapt, pivot, and iterate on your solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Embrace transparency: Whether with your team, partners, or clients, open communication builds trust and strengthens relationships, which is crucial for long-term success.
  • Celebrate small wins: Success is a journey, and recognizing progress—big or small—keeps the momentum going and the team inspired. Making a meaningful impact requires a mix of resilience, creativity, and a relentless focus on delivering value.

What are your company’s future goals, and how do you plan to drive advancements in your industry?

At Axis Corp, we’re engaged in a variety of exciting projects. For Pubcircle.ai, we’re crafting solutions that empower publishers to align their websites with key industry standards like viewability, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and performance benchmarks such as site speed. Our system will transform raw websites into polished, high-performing, and well-monetized platforms with minimal effort required from publishers. We're also building a comprehensive marketplace that will offer publishers a variety of tools, from video players to ad widgets and more. While we can’t share all the details yet, as the development is still in full swing, it’s an exciting step for us. Meanwhile, we’re upgrading our flagship Axis middleware platform with new features designed to streamline digital ad campaign management, enabling advertisers to optimize campaigns in real time with minimal manual intervention. Alongside this, we’re enhancing our SSP to include strong in-app and CTV components.

Ultimately, all these projects aim to provide greater transparency, boost ad revenues, and improve ad targeting efficiency for both publishers and advertisers. By equipping both sides of the digital ecosystem with cutting-edge tools, we’re enabling the delivery of more relevant and less intrusive ads for consumers in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Are there any emerging technologies or trends your company is particularly excited about?

AI-Driven Personalization is a non-negotiable game-changer. Love it or hate it, AI is undeniably steering the AdTech industry forward. It will play a pivotal role in enabling real-time hyper-personalized ads tailored to individual users, enhancing targeting, boosting campaign performance, and driving higher ROI for advertisers. Connected TV (CTV) is another powerhouse revolutionizing the landscape. With streaming platforms booming, brands are unlocking immense value in CTV’s ability to deliver precision-targeted ads on home screens. These ads are strategically placed at moments of peak engagement. Imagine watching a crime thriller, and just before the detective names the culprit, a timely CTV ad for noise-canceling headphones plays. What makes CTV ads magical? They’re not intrusive—they’re smartly timed and precisely targeted, almost like a helpful nudge from your smart fridge to grab a snack. In summary, these two technologies—AI-Driven Personalization and CTV—are set to reshape AdTech in the coming years. They offer tremendous potential for growth and innovation, giving advertisers the tools to reach audiences in more personal and impactful ways.
