What inspired you to participate in the Global Tech Awards?
We were drawn to the Global Tech Awards because they celebrate bold innovation with real-world impact. At NETFLY, we’ve built something that’s changing how law firms acquire clients — and we wanted to put that breakthrough on a global stage. Recognition here isn’t just a win for us; it’s validation of what’s possible when tech meets purpose.
Can you share a brief overview of the project or innovation you submitted?
We submitted NETFLY’s Precision Audience Technology — a breakthrough platform that helps top personal injury law firms identify and engage accident victims in real time, often before they even begin searching for a lawyer. Built for elite, growth-focused firms, our system uses real-world data, AI automation, and predictive analytics to deliver acquisition costs that competitors simply can’t match. The firms we partner with gain a serious strategic edge — securing high-value cases faster, and at scale — long before anyone else is even in the conversation.
What impact do you hope your innovation will have on the tech industry or society at large?
Our goal is to prove that technology can completely rewrite outdated systems — even in industries as traditional as legal. By showing what’s possible with real-time data and automation, we hope to raise the bar for what law firms expect from their tech partners. Long-term, we want to help create a legal ecosystem where the best firms win — not just the ones with the biggest ad budgets.
Any advice or insights for aspiring innovators and tech professionals?
Don’t just share your ideas — probe them. Instead of pitching to your beta group, ask questions that help you validate whether your solution truly fits their needs. If their responses align with your original vision, you might be onto something truly valuable. But if the feedback points in a different direction, don’t ignore it. Be willing to pause, rethink, and build what your users actually need — not just what you thought they did. That’s where real innovation lives.
What are your future goals or aspirations in the tech industry, and how do you plan to contribute to advancements in your field?
Our goal is to stay one-of-one — not by serving everyone, but by serving the right ones. While most tech companies chase scale and volume, we’re focused on depth and outcomes. We’re building for a smaller, elite group of firms and measuring success by what they achieve with our platform. Long-term, we want NETFLY to feel more like a country club of high performers than a baseline tool everyone uses. Our moat is exclusivity — and that separation is what drives real, lasting impact.
Are there any emerging trends or technologies that you believe will have a profound impact on the tech industry in the coming years?
Everyone’s talking about AI — and rightfully so — but the real shift is going to come from how customized that AI becomes. We’re moving beyond just plugging into GPT and saving time. The next wave will be about training AI to think the way you think, and then building your business, tools, and workflows around that. The real innovation won’t come from copying what others are doing — it’ll come from using AI to unlock ideas you didn’t even know you had. That’s where the future is headed: AI as a creativity amplifier, not just a productivity tool.
